Nancy L. Rojo - Founder and President

Nancy’s belief that principal involvement is key to our company’s future and success is our driving force. She sets the standard for everyone at CIM Group for devoting the time, attention and energy necessary to make each project a success.

 

She began her career as a production and sales coordinator, quickly moving up to purchasing manager, where she directed a staff of eight people and for a managed a product and equipment budget in excess of $10 million. 

 

Nancy joined the construction industry in 1993 at Montech, where she directed logistics for the company’s multi-state ATM rollout project for Wells Fargo Bank. She worked with the general superintendent and vice president of construction, and her responsibilities including preparing and monitoring project budgets, issuing purchase orders, monitoring expenses, managing time reports for 80 employees, preparing invoices and billing requests, initiating project budget change orders, and generating customer files.

 

 
Bob Rocha - Implementation Manager

Bob possesses the ideal combination of an insider’s understanding of the banking industry with senior-level experience in construction management. While Vice President of the Construction and Installation Division at Montech, he was responsible for supervising 85 employees, directing the installation of kiosks, free-standing and site builts to match existing buildings in 23 states, designing the required openings and specifications for the installation of different models of ATMs, and managing the installation of more than 2,000 Wells Fargo and Bank of America ATMs.

 

Bob began his career as a project manager in the Southern California region for First Interstate Bank in the Corporate Properties Group, progressing to head of the Construction Division and then to Vice President and Area Manager for the entire region. Bob’s division built, maintained, leased, and sold facilities for the bank, and was responsible for 1.5 million square feet of commercial office and retail space in Southern California.

 

 
Bill Morrill - Installation Manager and Co-Founder

With over 35 years of experience in heavy banking and electronic equipment installation, as well as relocations and de-installations of safe deposit boxes, vaults, vault doors, safes, ATMs, surrounds, kiosks, alarm and camera systems, Bill has supervised thousands of these types of jobs both large and small from large roll-out projects to one-off projects.

 

He began working alongside his father at a young age, acquiring the hands-on experience and knowledge that makes him the best qualified to identify and solve any problems, to ensure every project is completed on time and within budget.

 
Joe Ardagna - Service Manager and Co-Founder

While earning his Bachelor of Science Degree in Electronic Engineering, Joe worked as a lock technician for Montech, earning promotions and qualification to bring ATMs live, culminating in being named IT Director, where he managed the corporate office and 23 satellite offices. He specializes in configuring and repairing security systems, including Navco DVR, Lanex DVR, VIP, Casi-Rusco, Mas-Hamilton, Handkey Server and Hirsch Access Control Systems.

 

Joe’s expertise includes design and implementation of LAN/WAN utilizing T1 and DSL  connections across Cisco routers and switches, as well as managing all software and hardware installations while providing support and maintenance services for all network operating systems, including UNIX, Windows NT 4.0 Server/Workstation, and Windows 2000 Server/Workstation.

 

His additional credentials include MCSE – Microsoft Certification Windows NT 4.0, MSCE – Microsoft Certification Windows 2000 Server/Workstation, CCNA-Cisco Cert, and CCA-Cirtrix Certified Administrator.
